Minutes after 5 PM, Wednesday afternoon, Monticello Fire & Rescue, along with Monticello Police, Drew County Sheriff’s Deputies, SEEMS, MASI, OEM and other agencies responded to a two car collision, at the intersection of Highway 425 S. and Bowser Road.

Sources at the scene commented that both the Honda Accord and the Nissan Versa were headed south, although at the time no one was sure of how the accident occurred.

One person was transported by ambulance for medical care.

Reggie’s and Rod’s Wreckers responded.
