Ashley County Couple Dies in Double Fatality Crash at 133/8 Curve

At 3:50 pm, Friday afternoon, an Ashley County Couple lost their lives in a 2 vehicle crash, on HWY 133, near the HWY intersection.
Sharrie Williams, 31, of Crossett, and Drackus Charleston, 29, of Hamburg, were both pronounced deceased at the scene.
According to the State Police report, their 2010 Toyota was westbound, when it hydroplaned on the wet pavement, and crossed into the path of a 2018 Kenworth, that was eastbound.
We extend our sympathies to the family and friends of the deceased.
