Office Manager/Assistant to the Manager *Interviews this week, hire immediate*
Seeking a person who is able to handle an extremely busy office and staff, primarily balancing to daily job duties and assigned duties from management. The best part, you do not have to have experience necessarily in these areas, but the willingness to learn and to complete the assigned tasks on time and to meet and exceed expectations with each new project. This position requires the applicant be very energetic and upbeat andable to handle the public both good and bad. Level headed and able to perform under minimal supervision is needed. Some of the basic duties included but are not limited to: clerical, record keeping, cash transactions, budgets, staffing, recruiting, travel, and assisting the President of the company on additional tasks. The position will be located in Monticello, Arkansas however, an additional support staff and assignments may be included with the Fayetteville, Location. Some travel will be required on a very minimal basis, and additional training and certifications will occur during the first year of work.
A high diploma or GED is required. A bachelors degree is preferred, however, technical school, certifications, and on the job experience will be added in lieu of a formal degree. Must be willing in to work full time hours Monday – Friday 8a – 5p with some weekend and overtime work when needed. Pay will be based on experience and will be negotiable upon job offer. Asphalt Crews and Leads – NEEDED ASAP, Asphalt crew members that have experience in asphalt work. It is an immediate hire and travel to Northwest Arkansas is required. Very competitive pay.
Factory Production Workers and Machine Operators NEEDED for several different facilities located in Southeast Arkansas.Experience is a plus but not necessarily needed for the right candidate with potential. Hourly pay ranges from $9.25 – $13 starting pay.
