MHS Renaissance Team Officers For 2018-2019 School Year

The Monticello High School Renaissance Team officers for the 2018-2019 school year are: Josiah Taylor – Parliamentarian, ?Elise McDuff – Vice-President, Mallory Bennett – Treasurer, Becca Nichols – Reporter, Mary Emma Simon – Representative, Gracie Johnson – Secretary and Gabe Martens – President.
Renaissance is a national organization sponsored by Josten’s. The purpose of the Renaissance Team at Monticello High School is to promote academics and a positive school climate and school spirit. Our projects include providing incentives for the MHS honor roll, 8th grade registration and 9th grade orientation. We also provide support for MHS open house and assisting on the first day of school and teacher appreciation. We also offer two $1,000 scholarships to graduating seniors.
We would like to thank our businesses who have supported us by participating in discounts through our Billie Spirit Card: Crossfit, Northside Deli, Amber’s Mad Southern Style, Breaker Drive-In, Skylyne Boutique, Bubbie’s, Cockrell’s Shoes and Accessories, Moonshine, Timberlodge Lanes, Huddle House, La Terraza, Mazzio’s, Pizza Pro, James Quick Print, Sonic Drive-In, The Prescription Pad and Western Sizzlin. We are excited to be adding Monticello Coffee Company in September.
