The Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center (ASBTDC) at the University of Arkansas at Monticello will host a free webinar and two free seminars during the month of September, according to Stephanie Harton, ASBTDC director.
A webinar on the role of customer service as a cost-free marketing technique will be offered on September 9 from 1 to 2 p.m. To register, go online to http://asbtdc.org/webinars
A seminar on effective holiday marketing for small businesses will be held September 15 from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Monticello Chamber of Commerce. Starting a business in Arkansas is the subject of a seminar to be held September 29 from 10 a.m. to 12 noon at the Workforce Development Building at Southeast Arkansas College in Pine Bluff.
