Fatal Car/Motorcycle Crash on 425 – Victim Identified

A southeast Arkansas man, believed to be in his 40s, was fatally injured at Lacey, when a Nissan Altima pulled in front of the motorcycle he was riding.

The northbound Harley Davidson collided with the drivers door of the Nissan.
Drew County Sheriff Mark Gober and his deputies investigated the accident, which occurred at the intersection of HWY 425 and Lacey-New Hope Road.
Thev ictim, Alan Stephenson, age 49 of Crossett, died at the scene.

I don’t know who the person was that pulled out in front of Allen but they will never know what an awesome man they took from his family, friends and anyone who had ever had been blessed to meet him. This is a tragedy that I will never be able to understand. :(
This is so sad. I’m sure the driver didn’t intend to have someone die but that’s what happened anyway. We need to remember to be more careful when we drive. That few seconds don’t mean enough to cost a life.
Allen was my brother in law. I am married to his brother. Our hearts are broken and I ask that everyone please continue to pray for Allen’s wife, his girls, his parents, my husband and the rest of us who are heavy hearted. We have suffered a heavy blow, but with God’s strength, comfort and peace, we will get through. God bless..
