Friday Afternoon Collision

No one was injured, Friday afternoon at 2:55, in a two vehicle collision at the intersection of Highway 425 N. and Hyatt Street, next to the post office.
Sources at the scene report let the driver of a northbound Chevy Cruze was attempting to turn west bound onto “Old Highway 35 N.”
Before she was able to cross the roadway, she was struck by a southbound work truck, causing her to spend around 180°.
Dan’s Towing and Rod’s Wrecker removed the vehicles. Monticello Police worked the accident and directed afternoon traffic, til the roadway with clear and reopened.
