2 UAM Football Players Get $300,000+ Bond in LA Home Invasion
January 13th, 2009 by Joe BurgessSheriff Newell Normand, of Jefferson Parish Louisiana, has released information about the arrest of four individuals for aggravated burglary and home invasion charges, including 2 UAM football players, Andrel Johnson and Nicholas Howard.
According to reports, detectives arrested Howard, age 19 of Harvey, LA; Johnson, age 18 of Laplace, LA; Floyd Grant, age 20 of Avondale, LA; and a juvenile, age 15 of Laplace, LA .
On December 19, 2008, officers responded to an aggravated burglary in Metairie, LAÂ . The victims were inside of their home when the electricity went out. As the male victim walked outside to check on the breakers, he was approached by two of the suspects, who were armed with handguns. A third suspect who was also armed with a handgun took property from the female victim. The suspects fled in a late model Escalade. A short time later the suspects were apprehended, after a description of the suspects and their vehicle was broadcast to local authorities.
All three adults were booked in the Jefferson Parish Correctional Center with 1 count each of Aggravated Burglary, Home Invasion, and Possession of Stolen Property under $300. Â
Bond on all 3 adults was set at $300,500.
A UAM spokesperson declined to comment on the situation.

Knuckleheads come from all diferent states…. and do knucklehead things…. I think we all would be willing to take Tebow if he were to come to our school.
