Repeat Sex Offender with Child Victims Gets $200,000 Bond – edited

According to Sheriff Mark Gober, a 30 year old local resident was arrested and charged with Sexual Indecency with a Child, and Sexual Assault 2nd degree, following acts committed, as he slept in the bed with his 12 year old victim.
Randy Milburn, a Registered Level 4 Sex Offender, released from prison following his conviction for crimes against another child victim in Bradley County, told the court that he “needed help”, following this week’s arrest.
Milburn’s bond was set at $200,000 by District Judge Ken Harper, and he remains in the Drew County Detention Facility.
Gober told MonticelloLive that the DCSO’s investigation is still underway, and could involve the child’s guardian.

I agree, should have been a mandatory hangin on the square the first time it happened.
There should be a special place the child molesters and rapist go. They should be confined in a place where they would get the same acts performed. Instead of giving them drugs to kill their desires, let’s take it a step farther and make sure they will never touch another child. You can’t work without your tools. Can we give Lorena a call?
I bet he was on parole. Maybe some of the questions should be asked to his parole officer. They should keep closer tabs on people like him. Now another child has suffered at the hands of this monster.
He needs to be chained to a tree up on the town square and let all of the parents beat him to a pulp and sell tickets as to who gets to go first. Reguardless of the amount of his bail, at least there will be some money to cover his jail time that drew county citizens won’t have to pay for. The same goes for the rest of the inmate population in the drew county detention center.

hang em high, rip out the fountian on the square & have a permanent gallows there–we need the ways of the old west–have a trial & proven guilty punish them then, we don’t need to feed creeps like this forever–what about citizens rights???
He needs help???? What about his victims. They are scarred for life! Send him to the pen for a very long time. They know what to do with him there.

I have a sure cure for child molesters it is cheap and very effective similar to Edie solution. Once convicted they need to be put down.Do all your praying for them while they are waiting execution.
Whoever let him sleep in the bed with a child needs to be brought up on charges. His record is no secret to anybody who even slightly knows him. He needs to be kept out of society…he has a couple of conditions that cannot be cured–the worst of which is sexually molesting children. Just because he is a dim bulb does not make him any less dangerous…But I think the bond is high enough…he’s as liable to be able to pay that as he would be to pay $2 million.
As for hanging him, beating him, etc., it would be kind of like torturing an animal. Some people are so slow that they act on animal instinct, even if it’s predatory. But something must be done with him before he kills a victim to try to stay out of trouble. A dangerous guy…
Why Was He Released in the First Place? I am sick to death of living in a society where child molesters keep getting away with these horrible acts towards innocent children!!! How do so many child molesters get away with assaulting children? Once they are caught the ‘first time’, they need to be totally isolated…lock them up, and throw away the key!!!!
It is sad that this guy done it AGAIN. They let all the child molersters out and keep the ones that really dont need to be in prison. He will get his trial when he goes before the main judge(God). I just pray that he will never hurt or touch anotjer child. My prayers are with the childs family
