Mississippi Man Arrested for Sexual Indecency with 14 Year Old

According to Drew County Sheriff Mark Gober, a 20 year old Inverness, Mississippi man surrendered himself to the Drew County Sheriff’s Department on Thursday, March 15th, based on a warrant issued for sexual indecency with a minor.
The victim in the case was 14 years old when the initial contact was made.
Blane Price was taken for a first appearance in front of Circuit Judge Bynum Gibson who issued a bond of $10,000. Price posted bond that same day and was released.

Why was the bond so little? It should have, at least been $100,000. :(
Whats wrong with this picture this guy had sexual contact with a minor and his bond is only 10,000 and the guy that had an altercation with a cop and his bond was 100,000. Something is seriously wrong with this.
