Update – 911 System Back To Normal Operation

According to MPD chief Eddy Deaton, Drew County 911 calls that were being routed through the Warren police department, earlier today, are currently being routed through Monticello, again.
Although the reason for the local disruption is not known, emergency calls were still be taken care of immediately, by Monticello first responders.
