90° Days – Dogs left in Hot Cars
July 12th, 2014 by iPhone
Friday night, Herbert Stewart of Bastrop LA, did what many other people do, without realizing how cruel it is.
When he went into a local “sit down restaurant,” he left two small dogs in the sweltering car, while he enjoyed his meal; at least until someone noticed the barking, panting dogs inside the Lincoln Town Car (with the rolled up windows).
After speaking with MPD Officers, he went back into finish his meal (after turning the A/C on for the dogs in the car).
Many people, including Stewart, don’t realize how hot it becomes in a closed up vehicle; but the saddest part of the episode was when a bystander loudly said, “With all the $#!+ going on around here, someone’s worried about a dog! It ain’t like it’s 115°.”
Sadly, when we look at this situation, it easily could’ve been 115° in the car.

Let the people who say this stuff sit in a car with the windows rolled up and see how long they stay in there.
I’ve never understood why people think it’s ok to do this to their pets and sometimes even their kids! You would think folks would know better after the countless times we’ve heard about this ongoing problem.i bet if the bystander would have been the one locked inside a hot car,he wouldnt be too concerned about “all the $#!+ going on around here!!”
THIS IS SO SAD. THIS MAN SHOULD HAVE BEEN CARRIED TO JAIL AND THEM PUPPIES TOOK FROM HIM. WHAT IF NO-ONE SAW THEM AND DID NOT CALL THE POLICE AND THEY DIED IN THAT CAR? I JUST DONT GET IT. WHEN ARE PEOPLE GONNA WAKE UP?
