$500,000 Bond Set for 1st Degree Murder
September 18th, 2015 by iPhoneA 40-year-old Monticello man was served an arrest warrant, Friday, on the charge of first-degree murder, for a shooting that occurred Sunday night.
Myron Briggs, age 40, was served a warrant Friday, for Murder 1st degree and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Briggs bond was set at $500,000 by District Judge Sara Hartness.
Briggs remains in stable condition in an Arkansas hospital from injuries he received when he was shot by the victim.
