5 Injured in 1 Vehicle Accident
June 14th, 2014 by iPhoneFour juveniles and an adult were injured in a one vehicle accident on HWY 83 N., near the city limits, Friday morning around 11:25.
The driver of the northbound Ford Escape lost control of the vehicle and entered the ditch on the other side of the road. The vehicle then crossed a driveway and struck several small trees.
SEEMS and MASI transferred all 5 victims to DMH; 4 were then transferred north, for treatment to their injuries.
Monticello fire & rescue, Drew County Sheriffs Department, an Arkansas State Trooper, and Reggie’s Towing responded to the accident.

God, please be with this family, protect them and hold them safely in your arms. Our love goes out to all of them.
I just want to thank the Lord for getting my friend and the grand babies through this awful wreak not being hurt any worse than they were. Please pray for them all a speedy recovery and please pray that God will give my friend comfort and peace, I know how she loves these babies and she will blame herself for the wreak, when it was just an accident, we do not know why these things happens but I am so thankful that we serve a God who is the great healer, and physician and all things are possible through Him, if you only believe.

3 of the children were transported to DMH. The 13 y/o was transported directly to childrens by SEEMS. The other 3 children were later flown to childrens & ms donna was taken by SEEMS to st vincent.
My prayers are with all the family’s.
