$400,000 Bond Set on 1/4 Pound “Ice” Bust
August 8th, 2012 by Joe BurgessA Baxter County man received a $400,000 bond, Monday, from District Judge Ken Harper for his role in the arrival of 1/4 pound of methamphetamine in Southeast Arkansas.
According to Lt. Jason Akers of the Tenth Drug Task Force, a multi-jurisdictional investigation resulted in the arrest of two Baxter County residents last week, and the seizure of over a quarter pound of “Ice” methamphetamine with an estimated street value of between $15,000-$20,000.
Drug Task Force Agents, assisted by Dumas Police, executed a search warrant at a Dumas residence, after an investigation between the Drug Task Force and law enforcement in San Bernardino, California.
From the investigation, law enforcement arrested Kimberlee Gagliardi, age 40, of Lakeview, Arkansas after Task Force Agents say she drove to south Arkansas and received a package containing the methamphetamine.
Michael Gagliardi, age 46, formerly of Desha County but residing in Lakeview, Arkansas at the time of his arrest, was arrested in Baxter County by their Sheriff’s Department, and transported back to Desha County.
Kimberlee Gagliardi received a bond in the amount of $100,000 and is currently incarcerated in the Dumas Jail. Michael Gagliardi received a bond in the amount of 400,000 and is currently incarcerated in the McGehee Jail.
Michael Gagliardi has a lengthy criminal history, out of California.

Yeah the drugs is off the street but the bond is to high. The peopke raping kids harming kids is out walking around
This is a great thing being done by the DTF and as far as a drug of this nature no bond is to high wilmar lady but then again you are from wilmar and well enough said. I think tax payer money spent to fight to get pot off the street is spent in viene. Look at the drug crime rate in Amsterdam with the decrimalization of pot. We could learn from them!
