$40,000 Bond for Terroristic Act (Shooting)
January 6th, 2017 by iPhoneA 28 year old Monticello man is in the county jail on a $40,000 bond, facing the charge of terroristic act, for shots fired at an apartment complex.
Korey Harrell appeared before district judge Bruce Anderson, Thursday, where his bond was set at $40,000.
Harrell was identified by witnesses as the shooter at a November 26 shooting at Pilgrims Rest apartments, where a total of 18 9 mm shell casings were found on the scene, near 2 vehicles that were struck by multiple gunshots.
Harrell was taken into custody, Tuesday.
