2nd Tuesday is “Open Court Day” in District Court

District Judge Bruce Anderson wants the public to know that he has an “Open Court” day in Monticello District Court on the 2nd Tuesday of each month.
Anyone who wants to speak to Judge Anderson about an old fine, a driver’s license suspension, or any other matter, may come to District Court on the open court day and do so.
No appointment is necessary. However, anyone wanting to speak to Judge Anderson should arrive at 8:30 AM.
Judge Anderson is a great example for all elected leaders and a pillar of his community.
