2nd Murder Trial In 2 Days, Underway at Courthouse
September 14th, 2018 by iPhoneEmmitt Riley, of Monticello, is on trial, today on the charges of 1st degree murder and tampering with evidence, in the shooting death of Joshua Martin, on February 27, of this year.
This is the second consecutive day of separate murder trials in Drew County.

The gun was found hidden under charcoal in the grill at Emmitt Riley’s residence, after he told them he had thrown it in the creek.
