Wooden Armadillos Invited Out, this Month

The Ashley County Museum ladies are asking everyone who has a wooden armadillo to decorate and dress them up in honor and memory of Mrs. Annette Weindorf, who loved these armadillos! ??
Display your armadillo in your yard this month to show your Armadillo Festival Spirit!
On Thursday, April 29, bring your armadillo to the museum lawn and we will line them up for all to see. NO CONTEST THIS YEAR. We hope to bring that back next year!
***at this time we can’t cut out new armadillos due to lumber shortage, but hope to start cutting out more for next year***
