New Years Eve Arrest – Domestic Abuse & Leaving Scene of Accident with Injury
January 4th, 2018 by iPhoneAccording to Sheriff Mark Gober, on 12/31/2017 Deputies responded to 249 Sid Caperton Rd for a call of a woman who had accidently cut her wrist.
Upon deputies arrival, an ambulance was on scene. It was discovered that the female had been involved in a vehicle accident on the west end of Sid Caperton Rd.
She told Deputies that Bradley Hall, her husband, had beat her, and kicked her in the head and face.
She then stated that he had wrecked the vehicle intentionally, and left the scene with her trapped inside.
She said that someone had stopped, and helped her out of the wrecked vehicle, and took her home.
Bradley Hall was arrested at the residence, and charged with 2 felony charges, Domestic Battery 2nd degree, and leaving the scene of an accident with injuries involved.
He was also charged with a traffic violation of failure to maintain control.
Hall is still in jail awaiting a first appearance.
