East city sewer pond, located near Florence Road.

To reduce confusion, based on the various parts of the sewer system repair, videos and comments will be separated into different listings.

First,  is the summary from last months City Council meeting, describing the expected cost issues of removing sludge from the east sewer pond. Although those ponds are still in use, their main purpose was serving Burlington Industries, several years ago.

At the most recent City Council meeting, Chid Kwelle of McClelland Engineering, explained the
Sludge Removal Details at the east city sewer ponds.

The discussion by the Mayor and City Council, posted here, should be easier to understand.

At the end of the meeting, after being asked for a brief overview, McClelland Engineers representative vaguely stated it was between $500,000 and $2 million required to correct issues with the cities west sewer ponds, located off of Old Warren Road.

Older professional, about to retire in the next year, looking for a place to rent outside of Monticello.

I am looking for a decent place with a reasonable rent price. I am looking for a place to stay long term. It is myself, and I do have a small inside dog.
