February 23rd, 2016 by iPhone2 young Crossett men are currently in the Drew County jail on charges of aggravated assault and terroristic acts, following a shooting spree, at the Monticello Estates apartments on College Street, around 10 pm, Monday night.
According to Detective Kenny Cox, Paris Williams Jr., age 23, and Imani Sais, age 19, allegedly arrived at Monticello Estates, in 2 cars, traveling together. They then allegedly fired multiple gunshots, on the north side of the apartments, which struck a vehicle and a residence.
They then left the scene, and were stopped in Hamburg, where they were arrested by Hamburg Police and Ashley County Sheriff’s deputies.
The pair appeared before District Judge Sara Hartness, Tuesday morning, for first appearance hearings, where their bonds were set at $400,000, due to the reckless nature of shooting weapons in an area, where people were standing.
Multiple spent shells were found in the area, which match the assault rifle, pistol, and shotgun that were recovered from their vehicle.
Sais is already facing charges of armed robbery in Ashley County.
