2 Die in 3 Vehicle Crash on HWY 425

Two men, one from Monticello and one from Rison, lost their lives in a 3 vehicle accident on Highway 425 south of Hamburg, Tuesday.
Arkansas State Police have confirmed that Bobby Reep, age 73 of Monticello, and William Cockrell, age 82 of Rison, were killed around 11:30, Tuesday when Cockrell’s southbound Dodge pickup sideswiped a northbound Ford pick up, before continuing southbound in the northbound lane, and colliding head-on with Reep’s Mack gravel truck, which was traveling behind the Ford pick up truck.
Both vehicles in the head on collision caught fire.
Both deceased drivers more pronounced at the scene.
