2 Area Dollar General Stores Robbed at Gunpoint
November 28th, 2016 by iPhoneThe North Crossett Dollar Store was robbed at gunpoint, at closing time, around 10 PM, Sunday night.
2 black males (1 tall, 1 short, both medium build) entered the building, detained both employees in the office area, while spending only 5–6 minutes, during the entire robbery.
According to Ashley County sheriff David Johnson, a similar robbery occurred at the Log Cabin Dollar General store, near Bastrop, LA, Saturday night at closing time.
Both agencies are working together during the investigation, to determine the relationship, if any, between the similar robberies.
