Shooting Trial Underway
October 24th, 2014 by iPhoneAt 10:45, the jury of 3 men and 9 women were seated to hear the case of the November 3, 2013 shooting into a car on Rabb Road, that cost the victim a part of his hand.
Jimmy Gibson is charged with 3 felonies in the trial, including a committing terroristic act, shooting at a car, and aggravated assault.
Gibson’s attorney claims that the alleged victim was a convicted sex offender that was harassing a friend (at her residence) with a firearm.
Expected witnessed are the victim, a UAMS surgeon, an EMT, and 3 DCSO deputies. 4 other witnesses (from the scene and vehicle) are also expected to testify.
