$100,000 Bond Set for Injuries to 9 Month Old Baby
March 4th, 2015 by Joe BurgessTuesday morning, a 26 year old Monticello man appeared before Judge Sara Hartness, facing the probable charges of 1st degree battery and aggravated assault, for injuries sustained by his own 9 month old baby.
Around noon, Sunday, Horace Alex Ingram allegedly assaulted the child’s mother, and in the process, severely injured the infant, who was transported to Little Rock for treatment.
An enhanced criminal charge may be added, due to the age of the victim.
Hartness ruled that there was probable cause to hold Ingram, on these charges, and set his bond at $100,000.
