At 11 AM, Monticello dispatch received a call reporting a minor accident at Walmart.
The caller reported that a mom left her 10-year-old child in her vehicle, while she went into the store. The child put the car in gear and seemingly backed into the side of a Hyundai Santa Fe.
MPD worked the accident. No one was injured, and no wreckers were needed.
